Is CFO Impact A CPA Firm and Will CFO Impact Do Our Taxes?

CFO Impact works with you and your company to prepare accurate financial and management reports. We also guide the strengthening of procedures related to accounts receivable, inventory, accounts payable, recording sales and all key areas of your business as appropriate. A CFO should be a trusted advisor to the business owner. Business owners can count on the professionals of CFO Impact for financial advice. CFO Impact does not perform CPA firm services and does not prepare tax returns. Our work supports the information needed by CPA firms and Bankers.

The cost varies from company to company since the formula is based on the hours required and the level of skills needed. For example, one company may need a controller level professional for 24 hours per week. Another may need a CFO level person for 8 hours a week. In summary, the cost of our services should not be more than one half the cost of a full time equivalent employee. Once the time required for our services grows to where the cost to you is more than half that of a full time equivalent professional, we will be discussing the need to recruit that person.

It is not uncommon for our clients to be interested in hiring our professional staff. While we want the best for your business as well as our staff, the only asset of our business is our people. Accordingly, there is a fee in connection with any person of our firm you are interested in hiring. You will receive that information as part of the paperwork completed in advance of our work commencing.
